Taking America to the Cleaners

Our nation and people have experienced higher inflation in past years, than we are currently experiencing, but the difference today is our federal government rests in the hands of America’s radicals who are acting with purpose and intent to destroy capitalism and the republic itself, and the 6.2 percent official number is a deception at best.

We’ve never had an administration similar to the Biden regime that is so willing to stoke the flames of continued and growing inflation by advancing and promoting massive infrastructure bills that are essentially Marxist-Maoist social-engineering programs, along with other terrible policies, aimed at making the American people subjects to future totalitarian regimes, rather than free people who command the government.

One can point to phony “official” numbers from a federal government that has changed its methods of calculating inflation at least twenty times since the 1970s, but it’s certain, that despite the Consumer Price Index number, the American people are being taken to the cleaners, as prices across the board on every retail item rises exorbitantly. This is compounded by a massive injection of new currency into the economy through mammoth stimulus bills and a Build Back Better Bill [read as “More Welfare without Work Requirements”] that has little to do with actual infrastructure, as it hands out billions of dollars for climate change and racial and sexual identity initiatives and causes a further decline in the dollar’s buying power, while the average American’s pay rate has stagnated.

And with an actual CPI of .9 percent, that places inflation at nearly eleven percent at the least, this is all occurring in conjunction with the stock market and doesn’t take into account the extremely high price hikes in goods that we are all facing in real time. Anyone who works or owns a business or simply tries to go about their lives as normally as possible can attest to this.

It has happened largely due to expenditures in several public and private sectors and broad-based economic initiatives, driven by Biden policy with huge increases in energy, food and shelter, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The New York Post recently documented the pain American consumers are experiencing, in a recent report by James Bovard writing:

“Natural gas prices have jumped more than 180 percent since September 2020, and that will spur increases in electricity costs. Home heating oil prices have jumped 115 percent over the past year. Fuel oil is up almost 60 percent from a year ago. The federal government forecast last month that home heating costs could rise 54 percent this winter — but heating costs could actually triple, according to some private forecasts.”

How illogical and purely insane it must surely seem to many Americans to see Joe Biden, hat-in-hand, put on a show of begging Saudi Arabia for more oil, even though he has the American technology and know-how at his fingertips to keep the country energy independent, as it was during Trump’s term. However, most of us also full well recognize that the destruction of fossil fuel usage in our country is exactly what the far left radicals of his regime desire, regardless of how much pain it inflicts on our people, and Biden’s foggy brain is more than willing to bow to them — the Chicken Littles of Climate — and the spooks behind the curtain, or whoever is twisting his puppet strings.

In February of this year, Saule Omarova, Biden’s nominee for Comptroller of the Currency made the following statement that should trouble all Americans:

“For certain troubled industries and firms that are transitioning, and here what I’m thinking about is primarily coal industry and oil and gas industry. A lot of smaller players in the industry are going to probably go bankrupt in short order, at least we want them to go bankrupt if we want to tackle climate change, right?”

More than likely, Biden and his Communist coterie are probably chuckling gleefully and dancing a jig behind closed doors, after they discovered that Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Iran, Iraq and the other OPEC nations like the high prices for oil and are not likely to raise oil production to lower costs anytime soon. They are not afraid or in awe of the Biden regime, like they were with President Trump, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has no love or respect for Joe Biden, America’s emerging petty tyrant.

Of course, other strong factors in the aforementioned dismal assessment are the breakdown of the supply chain, with truckdrivers for fuel deliveries in short supply for a litany of reasons, and Biden’s continued ferocious war against coal and oil through an insane and idiotic energy policy that killed the Keystone XL and seeks to do the same to the L5 Pipeline in Michigan. And Biden’s actions in these instances represent nothing less than existential threats to all America, as he bows to international concerns and China to the detriment of America.

Truckers have highlighted the fact that trucks setting on Chinese made chassis or subassemblies are now subject to tariffs, thus impeding the ability of the trucking industry to introduce new equipment to the supply chain by making it financially prohibitive. It raises the cost and creates scarcity, while the Biden regime also pushes to place two man crews and two engineers on freight-trains forever, in contrast to freight-trucks that can be operated safely by just one driver.

A record number of 111 container ships are currently awaiting to be offloaded at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach as truckdrivers complain of lazy or belligerent longshoremen who are now filled with a new sense of newly gained importance and power and leveraging it to their benefit. The allegations suggest they are purposely slow-walking and refusing to offload the ships in a timely fashion, while truckers are currently forced to wait anywhere from three hours to three days for their loads. But it is also noted that space in the warehouses is standing at full capacity.

Recently, Corey Bertsch of Slync.io, a global logistics company, told reporter Grace Kay:

“The issue isn’t about a lack of desire to move boxes, but a lack of physical space. … These containers would move if they could, but it’s a combination of warehouses, truck and labor issues.”

The price of lean ground beef is up near four dollars a pound, while gasoline is hovering around $3.50 per gallon in most parts of the country, unless one looks at Alaska [$3.88 for Mid-Grade] or California where the average price of gasoline is now $4.67. And building materials have increased by approximately 21 percent since last October.

We are witnessing an out-of-control regime under Joe Biden moving to upend capitalism and usher in authoritarian socialism by any means they can, before they have anything viable in place other than sheer control and power from the end of a gun backed by their goons and thugs in government and the ranks of Black Lives Matter, whose leaders regularly threaten violence if their demands aren’t met. And Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) stated the fact of the matter in plain terms on Sunday, November 14th 2021, in speaking with Maria Bartiromo:

“They want you not to be able to fill up gas in your car. They want your electricity bill to be higher. They want your heating bill to be higher. And the cruelty — of course, it doesn’t impact them. The Democrat elites still fly on their private planes everywhere they go. And the working people, they just say, ‘Let them eat cake’.

It’s really cruel what is happening, after spending $1.9 trillion on the so-called Covid relief bill that wasn’t Covid relief, and now spending $1.2 trillion on a so-called infrastructure bill, much of which is not infrastructure. They now want to move on to Bernie Sander’s socialist budget.

This was the budget that was originally $3.5 trillion and it was actually closer to $5.5 if you scored it honestly.”

What did anyone expect in the wake of shutting down a $20 trillion a year economy overnight?

While a lot of our current ills started during the Obama years and continued under Trump, the Biden regime has given new meaning to the phrase “warp speed” in the speed they have hurried to implement a major expansion of the welfare state at a time when ten million jobs are in need of filling and millions of Americans are simply refusing to work, because Biden policies take away any incentive to work. Our own government has created the existing crises and rapidly growing inflation by closing entire economies during the early days of the Covid crisis, but the Democratic Party Communists have leveraged the underlying causes of the crises to their advantage and used them as weapons against the Republic.

Why else would Joe Biden rail against our freedom to choose to not be vaccinate, as he moved to force us to do so, just like a fanatical despot?

The politicians and mainstream media can continue to mock mothers of America for complaining about rising milk prices, if they wish, but we’re all feeling the squeeze of inflation, transitory or not, in the here and now and the immediacy of each day to provide for our families. We see the high grocery bills and gas prices, as we wonder how we’ll make it through the winter. We see the real loss of our dollar’s spending power, as $100 dollars barely buys anything these days and hourly earnings are in a holding pattern, and we see that Biden’s policies are destroying the nation, whether one thinks he is just incompetent or knowingly complicit with America’s enemies in sounding Her death knell.

We have met the enemy, when he and his cronies were sworn into office on January 20th 2021, and most of us are well aware that Biden will not be dissuaded from his path of destruction, which makes these days all the more important in seeking those champions who can and will rise to the occasion to impede, block and ultimately stop these anti-American Marxist-Maoist policies of Biden’s. Here and now is the time to stop the Green New Deal thievery and the Biden regime’s criminal schemes aimed at our children. The days have arrived that demand we stop these Democratic tyrants in anyway we can, so we may regain control of our economy and move sensibly into the new days and make a proper and righteous use of America’s natural bounty and resources and our own people’s innate ingenuity to restore America’s virtues and principles and some semblance of Her former traditions and glory days.
