I’m not much into the economic area. It’s far from being my long suit. But I caught an item on the news this morning that grabbed my attention. It talked about how, in our present day, most young couples cannot afford to buy a home. With Biden’s inflationary policies running amok the American dream of owning your own home and setting roots down in your own community is now “out of reach.” I noted, awhile back, another news item I saw about how most young folks in the 25 year old age bracket are still living with their parents instead of getting out on their own. It’s lots cheaper.
When I was younger it was the American dream for young couples to get married and buy their own home and establish their own new families. It remained that way for quite awhile but it seems we have now reached the cut off point for that, along with so much else.
In this context, the comments of Comrade Barack Obama about wanting to “fundamentally transform the United States” take on new meaning. By now it is no secret that China Joe Biden’s term in office is nothing more than Obama’s unofficial third term and the Demoncrat‘s plan is to steal the 2024 election so Obama gets an unofficial fourth term. He figures if he can do that, he should be able to complete his fundamental transformation of this country into a third world sewer, which has been his plan from day one. And all you people who voted for Obama and Biden are helping him destroy your country. I hope you all can live with what he does.
Lots of people just can’t seem to grasp the thought of why Obama would due such a thing. It’s beyond their ken. You have to remember, Obama is a Marxist. To the Marxist mentality private property is a terrible evil. In their thinking no one should own any private property except those who want to deprive the rest of us of it. And their getting to keep theirs is their reward to taking ours away from us. That’s how the Marxist mentality functions. Oh, their property may not technically be in their name. It may be in the state’s name, but it’s really theirs until they mistakenly do something that angers the “big dictatorship” in the Marxist version of heaven and at that point hey lose it, probably along with their lives.
So the basic premise of Marxism is always theft. They steal what belongs to others, congratulating themselves that they are doing it for “the people.” What “people” they never tell us. They dare not, for the “people” they are stealing it for is themselves. Why do you think that Klaus Schwab spreads all this political fertilizer about “You will own nothing and be happy.” The only one that will be “happy” when you own nothing is Comrade Schwab, because when you own nothing, then he is happy because he most likely has it all.
Owning things is not sinful and owning private property is not sinful. The Scriptures take note of private property and as long as you got it legitimately there is no sin there. If you stole it that’s something else. Yet the Marxists rail against private property because if the truth be known, they want control of all of it. They are political pigs.
On a happier note, this coming Thursday, June 27th, marks my wife’s and my 55th wedding anniversary. Lots of folks nowadays have a bad attitude when it comes to marriage and they shed spouses like they do raincoats after a storm is over. They don’t grasp the concept that marriage is for the long haul, literally until “death do you part”. I don’t know how my wife has put up with me all these years, but, as Josey Wales said in the movie “I got no complaints.”
